| Requirements: | Must be a church member, pass background check, and complete training prior to volunteering. Must have discernment and ability to listen well to help people take their next step at Houston's First. Must be able to keep conversation confidential and only share with the staff member or team leader details of each conversation. |
| Responsibilities: | Answer questions about salvation, baptism and membership at the Connection Center following our 9:30a or 11a Worship Service. Record accurate information for each guest on Connection Card so that the staff can effectively follow-up with each individual. Be available for ongoing training as provided by the staff or team leader. |
